UNIT 0 - WELCOME BACK: Clothing


To finish the description of a person, we also have to mention what he or she is wearing. Ready?

1.- First things first: stick the vocabulary of clothing in your notebook and take a look at the new words.

2.- Next, watch this video to revise and fix the new vocabulary:

 

3.- Time to complete the Liveworksheets 15 and 16. 

4.- Finally, write a description: "My favourite outfit".  You can get some ideas from this example or from the image below:

I love sporty/comfy/casual clothes! During the week, I usually wear jeans, a t-shirt and trainers to school, because I am very active and I need comfortable clothes to run, jump and play. 

However, at the weekend, I always wear a more elegant outfit, especially if I go to visit my family: cargo trousers, a shirt and shoes. I want to look handsome / pretty!

UNIT 0 - HELLO AGAIN: School

"Hello again"!!! Yes, I am saying hello to you, but this is also the title of the introduction unit, which we are starting today. We will review some vocabulary from last year related to school: classroom objects and subjects. Are you ready?

1.- First, design the first page of unit 0: write the title and add some decorations.

2.- Write down the contents of this unit in your notebook. Remember to separate the 4 parts: vocabulary, grammar, question words and project.

3.- Now, please stick the photocopies related to classroom objects and subjects. Try to understand all the words.

Who remembers how to describe a person? First we have to talk about his appearance and his personality, and then we have to describe what he is wearing. 

Let´s revise the first part.

1.- Write down in your notebook the vocabulary related to physical appearance and personality. 

2.- Go to e-Dixgal: 

          - "Our family": activities 1-6 and WORDSEARCH.

          - "Tell me how are you": activity 1.

3.- Try to guess: ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE.
