Most of you have spent 9 years with us, forming a warm family. We made it! This is our last lesson! We have learned soooooo much and, most importantly, we have lived together as a family. 

After a lot of work, homework, exams, mini-tests, stress, fun and laughter, I can say you are ready to start a new adventure but, this time, in a secondary school. All the best in your future. I know you will do your best!

BILINGUAL SECTIONS: Arts & Crafts

The bilingual sections in  Arts and crafts are coming to an end! This term we have finished our project "4 in a year" with new painting styles, through the last 2 seasons: spring and summer. Therefore, we have learned about Cubism with Picasso, and about Pop Art with the unique Andy Warhol. 

Once more, we have been very lucky to count on Xulio Gallego, who helped us with the geometrical shapes and the collage techniques. Thank you, Xulio, for all your passion, patience and enthusiam!

Congrats to all of you on the great job you have done! You are real artists!!!

Did you know that, in the past, children had to work? Only kids from rich families had an education and could play; the ones with poor parents worked many hours and didn't go to school or even played. Fortunately, things have changed for better and kids have rights to be protected. Let's learn some curiosities of Victorian times related to life conditions.

UNIT 4 - AT THE DOCTOR'S: Exercise

Now that you know the tips for a healthy lifestyle,  you are aware of the importance of EXERCISE. Our body needs to be in motion to keep our muscles, joints and bones in perfect condition.

One of the most recommended exercises is PILATES. It is a type of mind-body activity that involves controlled movements, stretching and breathing. Nowadays, more than 12 million people practise pilates all over the world.
