PRESENT CONTINUOUS: ALL FORMS
Las formas negativa e interrogativa del presente continuo se hacen con el verbo TO BE, ya que el verbo principal (el que acaba en ING) no participa en nada:

I am eating I´m not eating Am I eating?
You are eating You aren´t eating Are you eating?
He is eating He isn´t eating Is he eating?
She is eating She isn´t eating Is she eating?

Y las respuestas cortas se hacen igual que con el verbo TO BE:
Is she eating pizza? Yes, she is
Are they playing tennis? No, they aren´t.
