1.- Before the composition, please write down the question words of this unit in your notebook. You can copy them from Calameo - unit 1 - point 3 (on the left of the blog). Or, if you prefer, from here:

            3.- QUESTION WORDS

                         3.1.- WHERE? : ¿dónde?

Where is the bank? It's next to the bakery.

                         3.2.- HOW?: ¿cómo?

How can I get to the park? Go straight on and turn left.

How do you go to school? I go to school by car.

2.- Now, in a new page of your notebook, stick the example of the project "A Coruña, my hometown". Read it carefully and look up the words you don´t understand.

PEACE DAY

Today, the 30th of January, is the School Day for Non-Violence and Peace. This year, following the indications of our PDI "Mergúllate", we will dedicate this day to the refugees, people who had to run away from their home. We want to remember that every year many tragedies take place in the sea with people who flee their countries looking for a better future. 1,140 people died in the Mediterranean Sea  just in the first months of 2021 trying to reach Europe. Next week we will have the chance to meet some people who experienced these tragedies themselves along with some members of NGOs who are helping them.

1.- First of all, let' s try to answer this question: what is a refugee? Take a look at this video to know more about this issue:

2.- Now let´s meet some refugees of your age to ask them some questions:

3.- Now it´s your turn: Send a message in a bottle to the refugees. What would you like to tell them?

5A: Click HERE to write your message in the same number that you have in the class list.

5B: Click HERE to write your message in the same number that you have in the class list.

5C: Click HERE to write your message in the same number that you have in the class list.
