UNIT 0 - WELCOME BACK: Animals

 Let´s describe some animals today. 

How many animals can you name in English?

Do you know their body parts? Remember that they can vary a lot depending on the sort of animal you want to describe: mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, insects, ...

The animal world in endless!!!

First of all, watch this video. 

1.- Stick the vocabulary on your notebook.

2.- Go to e-Dixgal: Lesson 4 "Wildlife" - exercises 1-2-3-4-5.

3.- Complete the crossword and read "Accept the challenge".

HOMEWORK:

1.- Study the vocabulary.

2. Complete the Liveworksheets 34-35 (click HERE).

3.- Get ready for a listening test on Friday.

Today we will sit a writing test. You have to describe a famous person from Harry Potter´s books. Not very complicated...

After that, we will revise how to follow directions.

Do you remember the main expressions? 

1.- Write down in your notebook the vocabulary related to directions. 

2.- Go to e-Dixgal - Lesson 3: "I found it!", exercises 1-2-3-4. (click HERE).

3.- Read "Accept the challenge" and make a guess.

-  his likes and dislikes

2.- Do the activities 27-28-29 in Liveworksheets (click HERE).

3.- In your notebook, describe a famous person you admire in 4 paragraphs: 

          - 1st paragraph: introduction (name, age, profession)

          - 2nd paragraph: appearance

          - 3rd paragraph:  personality

          - 4th paragraph: clothes

 You can also add a picture if you wish. Follow the ideas of this mind map.

HOMEWORK: Please

1.- Study the vocabulary for a WRITING TEST on Monday.

2.- Do the liveworksheets 30-31.

3.- Finish the description of the famous person.
