UNIT 4 - AT THE DOCTOR'S: Exercise

Now that you know the tips for a healthy lifestyle,  you are already aware of the importance of EXERCISE. Our body needs to be in motion to keep our muscles, joints and bones in perfect condition.

One of the most recommended exercises is PILATES. It is a type of mind-body activity that involves controlled movements, stretching and breathing. Nowadays, more than 12 million people practise pilates all over the world.

1.- First, let's watch a video of pilates for kids:

 

2.- Second, please go to e-Dixgal - unit 4:    

         - "Fun and good exercise": activities 1-2-3-4-5-6.

         - "Pilates time":  activities 1-2-5-6-7-8-9.

         - "What is...?" and do the activities 1-2

         -  REVISION - "Test":  exercises 1 to 14.

3.- Finally, revise if you have done all the LW.
