HAPPY SAINT PATRICK´S DAY 2016

Today the whole world is celebrating Saint Patrick´s Day. It is an Irish holiday that invites everybody to be Irish for a day. In fact, many monuments will turn green tonight, even our Tower of Hercules. And this is what we have done today in the English class. We received the visit of Declan Matthews, an Irish teacher, who explained us many things about his country and its traditions: we learned about leprechauns and his pot of gold, about Saint Patrick, about shamrocks, ... And we also learned a very bautiful and emotinal song: "Molly Malone". It was a fantastic day!
Thank you so much for your visit, Declan, We hope to see you next year.
Happy Saint Patrick´s Day to everyone!!! And remember to wear green or you´ll be pinched...
