UNIT 0 - HELLO AGAIN: School

"Hello again"!!! This is the title of the introduction unit, which we are starting today. We will review some vocabulary related to school: classroom objects and subjects. Are you ready?

1.- First, design the first page of unit 0: write the title and add some decorations.

2.- Write down the contents of this unit in your notebook. Remember to separate the 4 parts: vocabulary, grammar, question words and project.

3.- Now, please stick the photocopies related to classroom objects and subjects. Try to understand all the words.

5.- Let´s talk about subjects next. Watch this video and give your opinion about your favourite subject:

UNIT 0 - WELCOME BACK: Family and birthday

                                             

"Welcome back"!!! Yes, I am saying "welcome" again, because this is also the title of the introduction unit, which we are starting today. 

We will review some vocabulary from last year related to family, birthdays, physical appearance, directions, animals...  

Are you ready?

1.- First things first: please design the first page of this unit in your notebook. Remember to write the title and decorate it.

2. Now, please write down the contents of this unit. 

3.- Then, let´s revise the family members, so please copy the vocabulary of the  family  and birthdays in your notebook. You also have this page and the video to help you (HERE).

5.- Now, we will talk about our birthdays. Remember how to use the prepositions of time (IN - ON - AT). Write down a reminder in your notebook.  Have a look at this video:

BACK TO SCHOOL: Credentials

Today we will get our credentials to get into the Liveworksheets page. Liveworksheets is the website where we will do our activities and exercises, but you need a username and a password. So we will get them in today´s lesson and we can get started!

1.- Stick your username and password in the Top Secret page of your notebook. Remember that they are FOR YOUR EYES ONLY!

2.- Now you can log in following the instructions of your teacher.

3.- Once inside, please complete the Liveworksheets number 1-2-3. They are easy-peasy!

4.- Finally, please practise the colours and numbers with these games:
