UNIT 0 - WELCOME BACK: Describing people 2

                                                       
Let´s practise for the test next day.

Remember that we have to do 3 tasks:
     1. Listening

 The writing has to include 5 parts:

 1. introduction: name, age, profession
 2. physical appearance
 3. personality 
 4. clothes
 5. extra information: likes, dislikes, favourites.... (optional)

Let´s continue talking about  people. 
Today we will revise how to describe yourself.

Remember that we have to mention 5 parts:

UNIT 0 - HELLO AGAIN: Classroom language and rules



Do you know how to speak English in the classroom? What language can you use to address the teacher? And what expressions does the teacher use? Do you know the classroom rules? 
Today we will review some useful expressions and learn other new ones. Ready?

UNIT 0 - WELCOME BACK: Clothing


To finish the description of a person, we also have to mention what he or she is wearing. Ready?

1.- First things first: stick the vocabulary of clothing in your notebook and take a look at the new words.

2.- Next, watch this video to revise and fix the new vocabulary:

4.- Finally, write a description: "My favourite outfit".  You can get some ideas from this example or from the image below:

I love sporty/comfy/casual clothes! During the week, I usually wear jeans, a t-shirt and trainers to school, because I am very active and I need comfortable clothes to run, jump and play. 

However, at the weekend, I always wear a more elegant outfit, especially if I go to visit my family: cargo trousers, a shirt and shoes. I want to look handsome / pretty!

UNIT 0 - WELCOME BACK: Appearance and personality

                                                            
Who remembers how to describe a person? First we have to talk about his appearance and his personality, and then we have to describe what he is wearing. 

Let´s revise the first part.

1.- Write down in your notebook the vocabulary related to physical appearance and personality.
